Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks, though certain custom or limited-edition pieces may require additional time.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California, via insured carriers.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• Domestic shipping (U.S.): Complimentary on all orders.
• International shipping: Available; rates calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control once a package has left our studio.

We encourage you to reach out prior to purchasing with any questions about sizing, fit, or customization — we’re happy to help guide you.
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue and offer repair or replacement options as needed.

Jewelry Care
Each piece of fine jewelry is meant to be worn and treasured — but caring for it properly will help preserve its beauty for generations.
Gold
• 22k gold is naturally soft and develops a gentle glow with wear.
• Store pieces separately to avoid surface scratches.
• To clean, use mild soap and warm water; dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Diamonds & Gemstones
• Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with pavé or baguette settings.
• Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore luster.
• Take care when exercising or lifting heavy objects, as impacts may loosen stones.
Storage
Keep jewelry away from extreme temperatures and moisture. A soft pouch or lined box is ideal.

Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are fully insured until delivery is confirmed.
Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier and our studio immediately — we’ll help initiate an insurance claim where possible.
